Theme: Within the third event of IPSMF, “The Future of Cultural Heritage” act as the main theme of our event to catch the idea of the creators through the visual works of short movie and photography. A theme which us to do something right for our cultures, because in this 4.0 era so many things can change our culture easily. So, we should keeping our cultural heritage from the present to the future. IPSMF as an international event is expected to become a competition which facilitates the ability of the photographers and movie makers to exchanges their ideas, as well as becoming the bridge to deliver the visual artworks to the public. As an international competition, which includes participants from foreign countries, this event is also expected to bring an interesting image of the culture and dynamical changes happening in each countries, along with how their culture plays part as their future.   SubTheme:

1. As a space to compete in general (amateur and professional) through a work of photography and short movie in an international scale
2. As a tool to improve the ability in general (amateur and professional) by applying the knowledge and comprehension about photography and cinematography in an international scale
3. As a motivation to improve creativity in general (amateur and professional) through working in photography and cinematography within an international scale
4. As an inspiring room to preserve the value of cultures through the works of photography and cinematography
